This is a real gem of a knife, it is made of one piece of skeletonized titanium and without exception is the best designed Neck/Boot knife on the market. Mission Knives is the manufacturer and they do not have any mediocre products. It seems every knife maker has some sort of neck knife and the majority of them are next to useless. They are either too small, too heavy or poorly made. These knives are finished much better than any other knife of this type. All the handle edges are eased for carrying comfort and the blade is very light while still being large enough to grip with your full hand. The sheath is well made and extremely thin, it does not telegraph through the lightest shirts when worn as a neck knife. It comes with a breakaway neck chain and sheath. The sheath also has a removable belt or boot clip that is adjustable to a veriety of carrying positions, the knife stays in the sheath even when carried upside down. This knife is non-magnetic, non corrosive, exceptionally strong, is very thin and has an excellent blade shape suitable for a variety of uses. The entire knife with sheath weighs in at less then 7 oz and it is my feeling that you would be hard pressed to find a better knife of this type. The knife comes in a plain or partially serrated blade style. These knives are hard to get and are one of Mission Knives newer products. They are being purchased by the military and because of this the knives available to the civilian market have become scarce.
